Josh Parker – Chief Executive Officer
With over 17 years of experience in Knowledge Market real estate, Josh leads Ancora’s growth strategy and manages the development team. His industry success includes development of over 3.5 million square feet exceeding $1 billion in value across North Carolina, Missouri, Maryland, Maine, Indiana, and Florida for Blue Devil Ventures, TBL Group, Wexford Science & Technology, BioMed Realty, and Cross Street Partners.
John Philipchuck – Chief Investment Officer
Ancora’s director of investment and strategy has helped guide some of the world’s largest institutional real estate portfolios, including GIC Real Estate, the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore, and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, a leading Education and Healthcare real estate private equity firm.
Jeff Kingsbury – Chief Connectivity Officer
With nearly three decades of master planning and development experience, Jeff has directed or advised for real estate portfolios in excess of $2 billion. His project portfolio includes the 4,700-acre redevelopment of Denver’s Stapleton International Airport, the nation’s largest urban redevelopment project, and Chicago’s Homan Square, a 55-acre redevelopment of the former Sears world headquarters.
Ursula Powidzki – Vice President, Research & Insight
Ursula brings over 30 years of managerial experience in both commercial real estate and economic development, spanning private and public sectors. Her roles have included portfolio manager for MuniMae and an affiliated $200MM real estate investment fund active in South Africa, and a six-year run leading business development, finance and industry sector programs for the State of Maryland’s economic development agency.
Theresa Stegman – Senior Development Director
Theresa served as director of development for Cross Street Partners, where she provided consulting services for complex adaptive reuse projects, and managed financial structuring and budgeting for New Markets Tax Credit transactions. Theresa led the redevelopment of Baltimore’s Lion Brothers Building, which includes University of Maryland coworking space, and successfully managed the RFP process for a $120 million, 17-acre mixed-use development in Gainesville, FL.
