Open positions

Vice President, Asset Management
The Vice President, Asset Management will be responsible for developing Ancora’s asset management strategy and business plan in order to maximize property value and investment returns throughout Ancora’s portfolio. This position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for frequent interaction with high-level executives at Ancora. The role will be primarily remote with travel required to various projects as needed, with preference given to candidates located in Washington, DC or Durham, NC. Director, Transactions
The Director, Transactions will provide analysis and reporting of Ancora investments and pursuits from inception to stabilization. This position is considered remote and includes approximately 10% travel. For additional information, including responsibilities and qualifications, click here.

Manager, Transactions
The Manager, Transactions is responsible for coordinating due diligence on both development and real asset acquisitions. The Manager will contract with third parties for physical due diligence, manage the contract, consult with attorneys, review the materials, and provide guidance to the transaction team on items that should be included in the underwriting.
